Use of the site implies the full acceptance of the general conditions of use described below. These usage conditions may be modified or supplemented at any moment, the users of the site are therefore invited to consult them on a regular basis.

The site is normally accessible to users at all times. However, SOLUNEA may decide to interrupt the site for technical maintenance purposes, and will endeavour to inform users in advance of the dates and times of the intervention.

The purpose of the site is to provide information concerning all of the company’s activities.

SOLUNEA strives to provide the most accurate information as possible on the website. However, it cannot be held responsible for omissions, inaccuracies and lack of information in updating, whether caused by itself or by third party partners who provide this information.

All information on the site is given for information purposes only, and is subject to change. Furthermore, the information given on the website is not exhaustive. It is given subject to modifications having been made prior to online publication.

SOLUNEA cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage caused to user’s equipment, either due to accessing the site, and resulting from the use of equipment which does not meet the specifications indicated in Point 4, or from the appearance of a bug or incompatibility.

Management of personal data

In France, personal data is notably protected by Law No. 78-87 of the 6 January 1978, Law No. 2004-801 of the 6th August 2004, Article L. 226-13 of the Penal Code and European Directive of 24th October 1995.

In any case, SOLUNEA collects personal information related to the user only for the need of certain services offered by the site The user provides information in full knowledge of the facts, especially when they enter it. In accordance with the provisions in Articles 38 of the Law 78-17 of 6th January 1978 relating to the information technology, files and freedoms, all users have a right of access, rectification and opposition of personal data concerning them, by making a written and signed request, accompanied with a copy of an identity document with the signature of the holder of the document, specifying the address to which the reply must be sent.

Applicable Law and Attribution of Jurisdiction

Any dispute in relation to the use of the site is subject to French law. Exclusive jurisdiction is given to the competent courts of Paris.
